Atari: Middle Earth

Spielfeld
Werbetext (englisch)
Middle Earth is a brilliantly conceived and challenging new game concept. The unique "double field" layout incorporates two separate pairs of flippers; one pair to play the upper section, one to play the lower. Each section has scoring, bonus and special feature objectives carefully balanced to provide overall play attraction and playfield action so fast it has to be experienced to be believed.
Flippers are offset allowing for challenging ball passing and super skill shot possibilities.
The ball enters the playfield directly resulting in instant player involvement. A carefully calibrated shot can put the ball quickly into a high scoring pattern.
Skillful play can also activate up to 38 special scoring, bonus and bonus advance lights during each play of the ball.
Space age score sounds add more interest to the fantastic game play and attracts new players.
And, our unique "TILT" alarm will alert the location whenever the game is being abused.
The built-in self-test program instantly lets the operator check switches, solenoids, displays and options without removing the playfield glass. And there's more…

Trivia
