Four different tracks.
Sprint 8 drivers can select one of four different tracks – from easy to more difficult. Every driver will want to keep trying to improve speed and score on each course.

New skill challenge – traffic on the track!
Eight cars are on the track uring every race, whether one or eight players are driving. One player must drive through a 7-car-pack, two through a 6-car jam, and so on. The "drone" cars are computer-controlled so the competition alwasy stays tough.

New bigger track excitement.
Sprint 8's four tracks cover the entire color monitor for bigger action.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1… Vroom!
New "countdown staging" adds more realism. When the first quarter is dropped, a start timer displayed on the screen begins a 10-second countdown before the start. Each drivers' score, 10 points per lap, is digitally displayed in color matching the color of his car. Leaders' score flashes.

Performance package.
Engine roar, skid and crash sound effects add to the realism. And constantly changing tracks in the attract mode grabs attention in any location.

Operator options.
New operator options include adjustable game time and master and individual volume controls.

Long distance reliability.
Sprint 8 is designed to take it. Fewer parts (less than half of Indy 800's), proven race-tested circuitry, rugged steel frame construction and indestructible fiberglass top means your pit crew will be the lonesomest people on the track.

Exclusive self-test program.
To make minor adjustments fast, a built-in checkout sequence program tests all switches including gas, brake and coin with audible and visual readouts. It checks all micro-processor and memory functions.
